Welcome to Lakeside Park Elementary School's website. We hope you will find information that is useful to you.
Lakeside Park is a K-5 school of about 375 students located just northeast of Nashville in Hendersonville, Tennessee. We are an accredited school with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. We are a community school with strong parental support and involvement. Our Lakeside Organization for Children (LOC) is the very active parent group which helps us achieve our goals.
Our students enjoy classes in art, music, guidance, physical education, and library in addition to our regular curriculum.

Immunization Requirements for children entering Kindergarten (new requirements underlined)
- Diptheria-Tetanus-Pertussis (DTaP, or DT)
- Hepatitis B (HBV)
- Poliomyelitis (IPV or OPV): final dose on or after the 4th birthday now required
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (2 doses of each, usually given together as MMR)
- Varicella (2 doses or history of disease): previously only one dose was required
- Hepatitis A (2 doses): effective July 1, 2011
