School-Parent Compact for Success

This compact is an agreement that families, students, and teachers develop together. It explains how families and teachers work as a team to make sure all students reach or exceed grade level standards.

Communication

LPE will communicate with families through:

  • Emails

Title I Funds are used for:

  • Additional reading teachers
  • Family engagement opportunities
  • Technology
  • EXTRA instructional materials
  • Professional development

District Goals

  • Sumner County Schools will increase ELA proficiency on Grades 3-5 TCAP by Spring 2026.
  • Sumner County Schools will increase math proficiency on Grades 3-5 TCAP by Spring 2026.

As a school, LPE will:

  • Ensure a safe, welcoming environment
  • Monitor individual student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Provide ongoing communication
  • Help students set goals

As families, we will:

  • Ensure our children attend school regularly
  • Check student work
  • Read with our children regularly
  • Attend school events
  • Communicate with staff

As students, we will:

  • Work hard
